Imphal, June 2: A valedictory function of the 6 week Skill Development programme on Cane and bamboo handicraft was held today at WWDA conference Hall Ngairangbam Awang leikai, Imphal West, Imphal west. The skill development programme was sponsored by Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI). Former member of the Manipur Commission for Protection of Child Rights K Maharabi and Sinam Ongbi Indubala Devi, Pradhan, Ngairangbam GP attended the function as Chief Guest and President respectively.
