Senior Doctors of JNIMS threatens indefinite cease work strike

Regular Senior Residence, Tutor and Demonstrator Doctors of JNIMS has threatened indefinite cease work strike from August 21,  against the notification of advertisement for appointment of Assistant Professors instead of giving chances to who had been serving the hospital through proper DPC after completing their PGs.

A statement said that the process to recruit fresh Assistant professors through direct recruitment keeping aside the long suffer has compelled them to go indefinite cease work strike. The statement added that Senior Residence regular group had put up the matter to Teachers’ Association Forum and Governing council of JNIMS. Various memorandum has also been submitted to the Director of JNIMS regarding the matter. As no authority has listened to the plea, Sr. residence doctors are left with no choice but to undergo indefinite cease work strike.
