Selected Police constable candidate demand declaration of result

Joint Action Committee for Written Pass Candidate Manipur Police Constable of 2013 demanded speedy declaration for recruitment to the Manipur Police Constable conducted in 2013.
Speaking to reporters at Manipur Press Club today spokesperson of the committee Md. Jahir Khan said that the state government notified for the recruitment for the post of 2000 Manipur Police constable in 2013 and conducted physical test in the same year and the result were out in the year 2015.  Following that viva voce were conducted for almost all district accept for Thoubal and Imphal West due to the case filed in High court by some successful candidate.
The matter has been assured to look after by the Home Minister in the recently held state assembly session and stated that almost all investigation over the matter has been completed. He questioned the reason for taking too long in declaring the result even after knowing it could have been declared by now.
He further added that committee would hold a meeting on March 21 along with all pass candidate and will take a decision to begin agitation if the government fail to fulfill the demand of the committee within this month.
