Combined troop of Imphal West Police Commando and 25AR continues to comb the periphery of Leizang Village area of Senapati district in search of URF cadre till today. After 4 cadres of URF Lanheiba group along with 3 sophisticated weapons were arrested yesterday, the security force wanted to make sure that no anti social element were left in the area, a police source said.
The operation was led by Additional SP(ops) Imphal West Th. Bikramjit . Police source said that main mastermind of the URF, Lanheiba was present at the hide out but escaped along with along with another cadre.
