Imphal, July 20: As a part of security measure to ensure smooth conduct of the State Assembly sessions which begins from today, Imphal West CDO teams led by Deputy SP (Ops)/ Imphal-West Tangkhochon Haokip conducted house to house search operation at the surrounding areas of State Legislative Assembly Hall from 5 am to 7 am today. 100 houses were searched and the residents were verified during the search operation. Two persons without valid identification proofs were picked up and handed over to Lamphel Police Station for further verification and necessary legal procedures.
