Imphal, Oct 28:South East Asia Cultural Organisation SEACO today wishes the Ningols (married lady) on occasion of the Ningol Chakkouba festival the biggest festival of the state.
In a press statement SEACO elaborated the significance of Ningol Chakkouba Festival as it is not only a festival but a joyful moment for brothers and sisters and parents at which their sisters come to their maternal home to enjoy a feast together. The organisation appealed people to celebrate it with traditional taste.
