SEACO seeks all to help

South East Asia Cultural Organisation (SEACO) has appealed all to extend monetary assistance for its memorial function for those who have been tormented by Brahma Sabha.
In a release, SEACO said that the organization is organizing a function for elderly people, who were subjected various forms of torture by Brahma Sabha. The memorial function would be held at Sagolband Takyel Kolom Leikai Community Hall on October 31.
It also requested the people of Manipur to support in their effort to protect and promote the cultural identity of the indigenous people.
