Imphal, Oct 17: South East Asian Cultural Organisation (SEACO), an organization working for promotion of Indigenous Manipuri Culture had elected 15 members office bearers for Kumbi branch on October 13 during a meeting held at Kumbi Lai Sanding Leikai Meitei Sanglen. Wahengbam Mani Luwang is the new President of the SEACO Kumbi branch, Sanaton (Tamyai) Haobijam is the new General Secretary of the newly opened Kumbi SEACO branch.
