Imphal, Sept 8: Music band SARGAM is celebrating Silver Jubilee Foundation Day on September 11, 2017 at the community Hall of Young Progressive and Athletic Club (YPAC) Keishamthong Elangbam Leikai at 3.30 pm.
SARGAM is a performing cum Musical Institute established by group of talented musician of the state.
Education Minister Th. Radheshyam, Arts and Culture Minister L. Jayantakumar and Director Arts and Culture Sushila will be attending the Silver Jubilee celebration as dignitaries.
