Imphal, Oct. 2: Governor of Manipur, Dr. Najma A. Heptulla , Forest & Environment Minister Thounaojam Shyamkumar along with the faculties and students of Indira Gandhi National Tribal University, Manipur planted saplings inside the campus of Raj Bhavan today on the occasion of celebrating the National Cleanliness Day.
