Proscribed group RP today criticize the economic grow the rate of the state terming it as the growth rate of only some clique of privilege group.In a press hand out, the outfit while quoting a write up of an economist said that the economic grow rate of the state has nothing to do for the improvement of financial condition of the general masses even as it did brought some changes to some people. The write up of the economist had stated that the economic growth rate of the state was increase by 9.83 percent in 2012-13 and data showed that the growth rate will be increase to 12.84 in 2013-14. This means Manipur is not a poor country. However, the fact is that the growth rate has nothing to do with the poor and middle class families. Some opportunist who are near and dear one with the government enjoyed it.The RPF statement said that problem of unemployment grows even as the economic growth rate has been increased.It said the growth rate and strategy of India and Manipur is very similar. And the growth strategy only serves for the clique of privilege class and not all the people.RPF appeal the people of the state to make a different and save the people from falling into the semester planning of India.
