RPF condoles

Proscribed group Revolutionary Peoples’ Front and its armed wing the Peoples’ Liberation Army (PLA) today condoles the demise of its armyt while fighting with the 44 AR during and encounter in between Kamjong and Konkang village in Ukhrul district on March 31 at around 5.10 am. In a press statement, the outfit said that Sergeon Prem, real name Okram Pari, son of (L) Tomba and (l) O. (Ongbi Radhe of Sagolmang Mamang Leikai  fiercely fought the Indian troop along with other cadre and killed 4 of the AR trooper injuring several others. An AK Rifles was recovered from the possession of the army trooper. The PLA army Sergeon Prem also sacrificed his life fighting the Indian troop. The RPF and its armed wing PLA pay respect to the departed soul.
