In a press clarification note released by one Bangkim, Chief Department of Publicity of the proscribed outfit PLA said that one Nongmaithem Naocha (26),S/o of late N.Kula of Heirok part-3 and another Phuritsabam Manimohon Meetei (43), S/o of Ph.Dhrama meetei of Salungfam Kangthokchao Maning leikai, who were claimed to be arrested by a combined force of 2 Assam Rifles of 9th Sector and Thoubal Police Commando on 13 of this month does not have any connection with the outfit and its army wing, PLA at any form of relation.
