Proscribed group Revolutionary People’s Front (RPF) today said that one S. Kula Mangang, son of Late S. Babu, of B Vengnung, Churachandpur, who was arrested by 7 Assam Rifles on July 10 is not related with the party as well as its army wing the PLA. AR statement had claimed the person to be a leader of the group.
