Proscribed group RPF today clarifies that Rajumar Surjit @ Mocha (39) son of RK Bheigyachandra of Uripok Achom Leikai who was arrested by a team of Imphal West Police Commando from Iroishemba Mamang Hidden Community Hall is not a member of the outfit and is not related with the RPF or its army wing PLA.
