Ibomcha of Wangkhei Thangjam leikai and Khundrakpam Suresh @ Mocha (47), s/o Kh. Naran of Palace Compound Thangapat leikai who were picked up by Imphal East District Police Commando on 23 January from their residences are not related with RPF or its armed wing PLA in any manner whatsoever.
