Imphal, August 18: The Commission of Inquiry headed by Justice Mutum Binoykumar Singh into the death of Sapan Robinhood Singh (16), s/o Sapam Romesh, a student of class XI Ananda Singh Higher Secondary Academy has completed its inquiry.
It may be mentioned that Sapam Robinhood was allegedly killed in police action during a mass rally demanding implementation of Inner Line Permit System in Manipur on 07-08-2015.
In a letter, Y Rajen Singh, Secretary to the Justice Mutum Binoykumar Singh, Commission of Inquiry has directed the Chief Secretary, Government of Manipur to collect the inquiry report along with connected documents in person or through an authorized officer from Room No 138 of Secretariat North Block, temporary office room of the Commission in between 11.30 am to 12 noon on 18 August, 2016.
