Imphal, June 24: At a time when chief Minister of Manipur had announced free diagnosis for patients at RIMS and JNIMS, MRI machine installed at RIMS is not in a position to provide services to the people. A statement of the Medical Superintendent of RIMS said that the MRI machine at RIMS could not be operated due to technical problem and appealed the general public to bear with it. The MS statement did not mention anything about when the machine will be made functional for the public.
