A reception function of the participants of the state level open debating competition held at Manipur Press Club on August 17 was held today at the office premises of Manipur Peoples’ Party (MPP).Advisor of MPP Dr. L Chandramani, President Sovakiran and Ojit graced the occasion as dignitaries on the dais. A total of 59 students took part in the competition.First prize of the competition was awarded to Seilesh Oinam, Manipur University, Second was awarded to Serto Chaolarchung, DM College of Arts and Alina Ngangom, TG Higher Secondary School. Ten other participants were also awarded consolation prizes.
