Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is opening a Sub-Office at Imphal on October 17 this year. According to a highly placed source the sub-office will be opened at Chingmeirong Lilashingkhongnangkhong, Imphal. Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh will inaugurate the RBI sub-office in the presence of Deputy Governor of RBI, H.R. Khan. The sub office will be the first branch of the RBI.
