Lairikyengbam leikai women staged sit in protest and later form human chain demanding immediate implementation of Inner Line Permit system in Manipur and condemning the killing of Sapam Robinhood.
The protest was held at Salanthong of Lairikyengbam Leikai. Hundred of women join the sit-in-protest and formed human chain.
Hatta Makha Leikai social and youth development organization and Hatta Makha Leikai women Welfare association also stage a sit-in-protest at Hatta Makha Leikei supporting the JCILPS movement.
Staff of North Eastern Economy Development Society Manipur also staged a sit-in- protest in front of their office at Pishum Ningom Leirak demanding ILPS.
North Eastern Service Auto Association Organized also organized a road donation at Lamlong Keithel to help the Sapam Robinhood family. The advisor of the auto association Wakambam Abocha said that the donation program is organized to help the victim family and to support the ILPS agitation.
