Private health facilities in Imphal West directed to enrol under ABDM

The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Imphal West has directed all private health facilities operating within Imphal West District to compulsorily enrol under the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) framework as part of the implementation of the mission in the district.

According to a direction issued by the Deputy Commissioner, Imphal West, the district has been selected as the Model District for implementation of ABDM. Following the decisions taken during review meetings held on June 22 and 23, 2026, all registered and operating private health facilities in the district have been instructed to report for enrolment at the IT Centre, Imphal West, next to Kombirei Hall, DC Office Complex, Lamphelpat, as per the notified schedule.

The notification stated that the Proprietor, Medical Superintendent, Facility Head or an authorised representative of each facility must report as per the scheduled time without fail. It warned that non-attendance may adversely affect timely compliance with ABDM Health Facility Enrolment requirements and will be viewed seriously.

All participants have been instructed to bring the necessary documents and information specified in Annexure-I for enrolment. All pharmacies, dental clinics, hospitals and diagnostic laboratories not included in the annexures have also been directed to attend the enrolment programme compulsorily according to the schedule.The Deputy Commissioner has requested all concerned to take note of the directions and ensure strict compliance.
