PREPAK greets on Indigenous Day

With the advent of International Day of World’s Indigenous People, the armed group People’s Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak (PREPAK) has extends its greeting to the people of Manipur.
Following a meeting, the United Nations has decided to implement the ‘United Nations Declaration of Rights of Indigenous People’ across the globe. The declaration also empowers people with the Right to Self Determination and protect their land and freedom, said a release from the party.
However under the clutch of India, minorities belonging to Sanamahi, Christian, Muslim and others are force to convert their religion and embrace Hinduism, PREPAK said.
It also appealed all to stand against the colonial forces, who exploit the rights of the people and capture others territory.
