Kairenbikhok Student’s Union and Club today said that PHED Minister I Hemochandra had mislead the house of the State Assembly by saying that drinking water iis being provided at Kairenbikhok area. Usham Surchandra, Secy. of the club said that the scheme has been failed since 2010. It was functional only for 3-4 months after its inauguration on Feb 26 in the same year, he added.
