A free cataract detection camp will be held on 27th September, 2014 from 9 am to 12 noon at Shija Eye care foundation for free cataract surgery.A press release signed by Dr. Kh. Palin Chairman cum Managing Director of Shija Hospitals and Research Institute (SHRI) said that patients belonging to BPL families and above the age of 50 from all the districts of Manipur may avail the facilities. 35 patients will be selected in the first phase for phaco cataract surgeries which will be financed by Jain Community, Imphal.It further requested the beneficiaries to bring their valid BPL card to avail the facility.
