Imphal, April 25: Sahitya Akademi Manipur and NG College today organised a seminar on the life and works of Pandit Aribam Brajabidhu at Jubilee Hall today.
Pandit Aribam Brajabidhu is a noted Sanskrit scholar of the state and has translated many Sanskrit literature in Manipuri Language. Abhyan Sakuntalam the classic novel was translated to Manipuri by Pandit Brajabihari.
Principal of NG College, Y Mamon Devi, Prof H Bihari Advisor Manipur Sahitya Academy and Gahal Paul, Officer in charge Sahitya Akademi Kolkata attended the inaugural function.
