Imphal, March 26: People Action Committee (PAC) Against the Brutal Killing of Pravish Chanam today condole the demise of former President of Manipur Students’ Federation (MSF) Dr. Chingsubam Rupachandra.
A statement said that late Dr. Rupachandra had taken vital role as a leader of the MSF while fighting for the rights of students’ community by joining hands with other students’ organisations.
His lost will create a vacuum to the movement for the issues of the state, the statement said and added that the PAC will organise a mass movement against racial discrimination on September 23 as a suggested by the departed leader.
