A UNLF cadre, identified as one Salam Khemananda alias Bung alias Nongdon Luwang (44yrs) s/o S. Nipamacha Meitei of Sagolband Meino Leirak was arrested from his residence today at around 4:30 am.
Khemananda joined the said organization in the year 1997 through one Enungamba and Gamba and got his basic military training at Eastern Nagaland under Army no. 488 of 11 batch. He was working as a Captain under the command of one Major Yuheiba of UNLF organization. Two Mobile Phones were recovered from him at the time of arrest.
