One cadres of the proscribed militant outfit People’s Liberation Army (PLA)/ RPF identified as Mayanglambam Rajiv Singh @ Ibomcha @ Angam (32) s/o (L) M. Amuba Singh of Kakching Khunou Hijam Maning Leikai has been arrested by a team of Thoubal Police CDO team from Langthabal Khunou at around 5:40 am today.
Police source said that Rajiv joined RPF/PLA on June 28, 2002 through one Leishemba and he got 45 days basic military training under army No. 2473 at Khongtal Training Centre. He has been handed over to Khongjom Police station for further necessary action.
