One person died while another was injured in a car accident happed today at around 4.30PM at Lukhrabai Loupham under Loktak Police station.
The decease has been identified as Kholla Kuki (56), s/o Lhunkhai of Kukimun (Jivan Nagar), under Loktak police station. He was an employee of NHPC Loktak.
While, the injured person has been identified as Chong Chong (37), she has been admitted at Shija Hospital for treatment.
She is the second wife of the victim.
The incident happened while they were traveling in their Maruti 800 bearing registration number MN- 02 A/4669.
Loktak police has registered a case regarding the incident and the soulless body has been handed over to family member after post mortem.
