One day political discourse was held at the palace compound, Youth club community hall organised by BJP Yaiskul Mandal.
The Political discourse was attended by Rajya Sabha MP Leishemba Sanajaoba as chief Guest, A Sarda Devi BJP Manipur Pradesh as president and Th Satyabrata CAF & PD Minister as special guest. Former Corporator of IMC Ward No 20 L Tombi, former Corporator of Ward No 14, S Rita Devi and former Corporator of Ward No 18, L Inunganbi Devi also took part in the programme.
BJP spokesperson L Bashanta Sharma addressed the keynote at the one day political discourse.
He expressed that in his coming general election BJP will win in 40 seats. He further expressed that after this political discourse election campaign will start for the Yaiskul assembly constituency.
After the BJP led Government came to Manipur, a different flagship program started. This BJP flagship program list will be distributed to the people of Yaiskul assembly constituency and booth level .
Speaking as the Chief Guest, Minister Satyabrata said the BJP-led government has been working for all round development of the State and has succeeded in fulfilling the aspirations of the people which the previous governments failed to do so.
Asserting that politics is not about amassing personal gains but it is about striving for the welfare of future generations and the society as a whole, he said that the State has made tremendous progress in every aspect under the BJP government.
Emphasizing on Go to Hills and Go to Village initiatives taken up for the welfare of the people of the State, he said that the government treats each and every person equally and has been reaching out to nook and corner of the State without any bias.
He mentioned that with the notable work done by the leaders of the State, there would be a time when people will automatically cast their votes to the saffron party even if its candidates do not hold campaigns for canvassing votes.
