Venturing into the heart of the affected areas on Monday morning, Romen Singh and his team diligently assessed the extent of the damages inflicted by the storm. Providing assurance to distressed families, they pledged to expedite the replacement of damaged roofing with new CGI Sheets.
Speaking during the distribution efforts, Romen Singh emphasized that it is his inherent responsibility as a Social Worker to extend aid to those in dire need within the Constituency. He underscored the fact that the initiative is solely funded from his personal resources, highlighting his commitment to assisting the community without seeking political gain. With over a decade of dedicated service to the people of the Constituency, Romen Singh reiterated his steadfast commitment to selflessly serving the populace.
Furthermore, Romen Singh noted the government’s announcement of assistance to affected families as a positive step.
