A souvenir called “Ningsing Chefong” published to commemorate the historic women war in the state to be observed on December 12 was released today in a simple function held at Manipur Press Club. This year the day will be observed as 75th Nupi Lal Numit Ningshing Thouram at Nupi Lal memorial complex by Nupi Lal Observation Committee.
