State government is all sets to observe the Nupeelal Day on Dec 12 at Nupee Lal Memorial Complex Imphal. The observance will be attended by Chief Minister Okram Ibobi SIngh and deputy chief Minister Gaikhangam as dignitaries. On the day Nupee Lal play will be staged.
