NSCN(YA) announces portfolio reshuffle

The Ministry of Information and Publicity of the Government of the People’s Republic of Nagaland, under the NSCN/GPRN (Yung Aung group), has announced a reshuffle of portfolios with immediate effect.
In a press notification issued tody, the Office of the President, GPRN, reassigned Revenue, Trade and Commerce responsibilities for areas it refers to as “so-called Manipur state” and “so-called Nagaland state.”
According to the directive, John Pou, Kilonser, has been allocated the portfolio of Revenue, Trade and Commerce for the “so-called Manipur state,” while Along Y Naga, Kilonser, has been assigned Revenue, Trade and Commerce for the “so-called Nagaland state.” The order will remain in force until further notice.
The statement instructed concerned departments, business establishments and construction companies in Manipur and Nagaland to deal only with the designated authorities to avoid “misunderstanding.” It also cautioned against making payments to what it termed fraudsters or imposters, warning that any such transactions would be at the payer’s own risk.
The notification was issued by the Ministry of Information and Publicity of the NSCN/GPRN (Yung Aung group).
