Imphal, Oct 20: NSCN-IM condole the untimely demise of Vitolu (VST Swu), Under Secretary, ministry of War Victim Welfare of the NSCN-IM after suffering from an illness at his residence at Kuhubuto village in Dimapur district today morning. An MIP statement of the group said that Late Vitolu joined the NSCN-IM on November 13 , 1998 and had served for the organization with utmost sincerity and dedication at various capacity.
