Imphal, July 17: Volunteers of Joint Action Committee on Inner Line Permit system have rounded up 47 non-locals from North AOC today at around 10 AM.
Out of them 15 are without original ID and 9 are without any ID cards. Constructors have hired them for construction work at ST Xavier School Moirang, JNIMS and Shyam Power India Private Limited, Thoubal, informed BK Moirangcha, Co-Convenor of JCILPS during a press conference held today at Keishampat office of JCILPS.
