Imphal, Feb 15: BJP Manipur Pradesh President, Ksh. Bhavananda today question on the kind of development works carried out by the 15 years old Okram Ibobi Singh led Congress Government in the state.
Speaking during the flag hoisting function of Th. Jadumani who is contesting as BJP candidate at Khangabok Assembly Constituency, Bhavananda said that if congress return back to power in the state then Manipur might be distorted into pieces and people all over the state are now feeling apprehension on the fate of the state.
He further added that the need of the hour is to safeguard the state as well as to find a way for developing the state.
The state now need a government which is power in the center and definitely if BJP comes to power Manipur will see a brighter future.
Th Jadumani will fight congress candidate Okram Surjakumar whio is also the son of Chief Minister Okram Ibobi.
BJP Election Committee convenor Th. Chaoba pin points the defects of the congress party ruled one after another. He said that those in the government had stopped thinking about the people of the state while they are busy collecting wealth from the people of the state for their own benefit.
