No crimes committed by the SoO militants during the Congress era: MPCC

In response to BJP Manipur Pradesh President A. Sarda, Loitongbam Tillotama, Vice President MPCC stated unequivocally that the Congress never plays politics at a time when Manipur is in serious crisis, with one or more deaths and injuries occurring every alternate day.
