No cadres of the PREPAK killed or injured in gun battle with Indian Para Commandos – Source

A news report published in this newspaper on yesterday issue under the heading “PLA camp attacked at Indo Myanmar border, 3 cadres killed, 4 PREPAK killed” have mentioned the death of 4 PREPAK cadres in an encounter with the Indian Para Commandos who were retreating after attacking PLA camp at Indo Myanmar border.
The well equipped red army of the PREPAK did encounter with the India Para Commandos but there were no casualties to the side of the PREPAK red army, a reliable source told Imphal Times. The source added that after the Red Army had a fierce gun battle with the Indian Para Commando while they were trying to escape after attacking the PLA camp. During the gunfight some of the Para Commandos and their mercenaries sustain injury, a source told Imphal Times. However, no cadres of the PREPAK’s Red army were injured during the gun battle of January 13 at Indo Myanmar border.
