Imphal, Oct 22: Various organisations of the state as well as individual wish the ladies of the state on occasion of the Ningol Chakkouba Festival.
As a part of the festival, Imphal East Police Superintendent hosted a grand feast for ladies councillors, Meira Paibi and representatives of women civil society organisation at Imphal East police stations.
On the occassion the SP Imphal East presented gifts to the Ningols as a token of respect to the Ningols.
