South East Asia Cultural Organisation (SEACO) greets the people of the state an occasion of Ningol Chakouba festival. The organisation appealed the people of the state not to engage in competition of presenting gifts to their daughters or sisters. It also appealed the traders to hike price of essential commodities in the name of Ningol Chakouba festival.
