The National Human Rights Commission of India has directed the state government to suggest the names of the credible NGOs who have sufficient experience in the field of Human Rights in the state for consideration for inclusion in the NHRC Core Group of NGOs. Following the directives, the state Home department has asked the DGP of Manipur to suggest the name of the NGO working in the field of Human Rights.
