The North Eastern Hill University Manipuri Allumni Association (NEMAA) on Sunday last provided financial assistance to seriously injured students in a recent peace rally demanding justice for the alleged killing of two young students – Linthoinganbi and Hemanjit. Assistance was provided to M Johnson at Shija Hospital, W Jotin, and Uttam Soibam at Raj Medicity. Further, financial assistance was also provided to L Prem. NEMAA wishes a speedy recovery to all those injured persons and expresses sincere gratitude to all who have been working relentlessly to bring peace and normalcy in Manipur.
