Thoubal, Feb 17: Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) candidate N. Diten, who is contesting at Heirok Assembly constituency today hoisted the party flag at his residence.
Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) is a constituent of the Left and democratic Alliance (LDA), a conglomerate of likeminded political party.
Speaking on the occasion N Diten lambasted representatives from the Assembly constituency over their failure to promote the live of farmers.
He also digs the ruling government over its failure to listen the woes of the farmers and villagers. He said there are no proper canals for irrigations and no proper roads for transportation of the products.
