Imphal, July 4: Chief Secretary O Nabakishore Singh will be meeting Rajiv Yadav, Secretary, Sports, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports on July 11 at the national capital to discuss various issues relating to National Sports University, Manipur. It may be mentioned that the owners of Yaithibi Loukol where the Sports University is to be constructed has denied ever selling their lands to the state government and have resolved to prevent any construction activities around the area at any cost after the Chief Minister have gone on record stating that the acquisition of land required for the University is almost over.
