Imphal, June 19: Directorate of health services and National Health Mission, Manipur, launched the Pradhan Mantri National Dialysis Programme at the mini auditorium of Jwaharlal Nehru Institute of Medical Sciences this morning. Chief minister N Biren was the chief guest at the function while minister of health and family welfare L Jayantakumar and Parliamentary Secretary, health and family welfare, S Subhashchandra were the president and guest of honour respectively.
