Chanamthabam Napolean Singh, the first person from the entire North Eastern States of India to be appointed as Umpire by the International Hockey Federation (FIH ) has left Imphal for Argentina today.
Chanamthabam Napolean Singh son of Ch. Balla Singh of Lairikyengpham Leikai Imphal East will attend as Umpire of the 3rd Youth Olympic Games to be held in Buenos Aires, Argentina from October 7 till October 14 this year.
Hockey Union Manipurm Lairikyengbam Meira Paibi Association has wished him success.
