Mumbai police interrogate Sushant’s close friend Rhea Chakraborty

Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty was interrogated for well hour 9 hours on Friday by the Bandra police in connection with the suicide of actor Sushant Singh Rajput who ended his life at his Carter Road residence on 14 June,2020, Sunday.
In another development a complaint was filed in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur (Bihar) by advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha, who alleged that Sushant committed a suicide due to the conspiracy hatched against him by Salman Khan, Karan Johar, Aditya Chopra, Sajid Nadiadwala, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Bhushan Kumar, Ekta Kapoor, and director Dinesh. These eight persons forced Sushant to commit suicide, he has pleaded addng that the act amounted to murder. The matter has been scheduled for hearing on 3 July,2020.
Up till now the Bandra police have interrogated nearly 10 people including casting director Mukesh Chhabra, Sushant’s business manager Shruti Modi and Radhika Nihalani from the late actor’s PR team.
Rhea had worked with Mahesh Bhatt for the film “Jalebi” in 2018. During her interrogation, by Bandra police, she spoke about living in with Sushant and also revealed that they were planning to get married in November this year. She also admitted that she had a fight with Sushant and had moved out with her bags from Sushant’s residence, just a few days before his death. She showed the text messages exchanged between her and Sushant to the police.
Sushant had also called Rhea on Saturday night, a few hours before he died by suicide. Rhea happened to be the last person Sushant dialed before going to sleep. He had first called Mahesh Shetty, who didn’t answer and then he called Rhea who also didn’t pick up the call. He went to sleep, woke up and saw Mahesh had returned the call. He called him back but it didn’t get connected, call records suggested. Sushant was reportedly diagnosed with clinical depression and Rhea was the only person who he was with him at all times.
In the meanwhile Sushant’s fans and some activists of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha reportedly vandalized Salman Khan’s store “Being Human” in Patna, shouted slogans and tore his posters on Friday.
