Imphal, August 19: A Multi Utility Van of Manipur State Legal Services Authority was launched today by the Acting Chief Justice of High Court of Manipur, N Kotiswar at the High Court, Manipur.
Speaking at the launching of the service, Rk Memcha, Member Secretary of Manipur State Legal Services Authority said that the multi utility van will reach each and every corner of the state and spread legal awareness among the people of the state.
The initiative is taken under the sponsorship of National Legal Services Authority to raise legal awareness in the state, she added.
Rk Memcha also said that the service is being initiated to use for the proposes like Lok Adalat, spreading awareness campaign to the public how and from where they can get the legal help.
